How to enable mentions in a field?

Hi ServiceNow community,

I need to enable mentions in the comments (journal field) however in spite of this field is being inherited from task table, mentions are not working as expected. 

Incident form (working) example:

Custom form (issue) example:

find_real_file.png

Does anyone know how this functionality should be enable?

By the way: my issue is with Work Order Task. It doesn't work there using @ to mention someone.
