How to enable Virtual agent for backoffice only ?

Hello Friends,

 

We want to enable the Virtual Agent for Backoffice for ITBM module. We don't want it for Service Portal. 

Is it possible? if yes how?

Have you tried adding roles to the 'Agent Chat' Function on sys_sg_button table?

No, we have not, first time we are enabling it and in document we did not find any reference.

 

Do you have any document reference, we could refer?

I'm not aware of any documentation. We use chat feature on our Service Portal.

In platform, navigate to Service Portal > Agent Chat > If you have a record created for required portal them open it (you can create one if you don't have by providing the required portal, name, etc).

Adding role to this configuration record restricted the chat option from our service portal.
