So the need is I want % of Incidents handled by Organization A out of total incidents(Which Organization B holds). How we know that this incident is handled by somebody from Organization A? I will be using condition like assigned to company as Organization A. So I have created a job for this. 2 different Indicator and Indicator source. One is Handled by organization A, and second is total incidents. I gave condition of Indicator source that I need data only after lets say August 2025 month. I have also created a formula indicator for this, which is executing as expected because I can see the data which is showing on dashboard is accurate.
Now the issue is, in scoresheet for these 2 indicators, the data is coming same for every week because of which as a trend in dashboard, it is showing straight horizonal line. What i think is if I get data differently for each week then the issue is resolved.
I want to show it on dashboard in the form of trend and week, what will be the steps for this?
