How to get itil user list

Is there a way to get report on how many ITIL users were removed from ServiceNow Vs how many were added over a 3-month period?

you can check how many were added in last 3 months using sys_user_has_role table

It would be difficult to determine how many users were there whose itil license was removed in last 3 months
