How to get ticket number instead of sys_id.

Hello,

I have created two tables 'abc' and 'abc1' and I have added second table 'abc1' table as a related list under first table 'abc'. 

I am getting sys_id of ticket id number instead of ticket id number. I should get ticket id number.

Can anyone help me that why I am not getting ticket id number.

Please validate the related list table and check "Display" field has been set on "Number" field ? if not please set it and then validate

ticket id is reference field ? if yes then its referring to which table

I have done here but still i am getting sys_id only.
