Hello,
I'm attempting to access the System Administration Homepage in the Vancouver release so I can make changes to the Homepages. Please advise how I can get there. Thank you.

Hi @Radhika11
Homepages are deprecated and will not be displayed any more. See https://www.servicenow.com/community/performance-analytics-blog/homepage-deprecation-what-you-need-t...
What do you want to change?

Hello @Maik Skoddow
I'm trying to learn from a ServiceNow(old version) book how to create an Application Scope. I got stuck where it asks to change the portal page layout. I could not find the similar look portal page in Vancouver release. Please help. Thank you

Hi @Radhika11
why do you think you can follow the steps from an old book? ServiceNow is evolving rapidly and every few years there is a technology change. I told you that portal pages (technology behind the old homepages) are deprecated and cannot be used any longer.
Any additional questions make no sense!

You started as a software developer after college, and I assume you have over 25 years of experience in the field. You've worked with the ServiceNow platform for quite some time, gaining a deep understanding of its architecture and concepts.
On the other hand, I come from a Civil Engineering background. About two years ago, I took on the role of a ServiceNow Administrator due to company downsizing. Learning the ropes of this new technology has been challenging, and I rely heavily on the supportive ServiceNow community. Their dedication has been crucial in helping me overcome obstacles on this learning journey, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they've invested in my professional development.
Although the question did not make sense, the answer to it will provide me with a better understanding of the platform. In my perspective, every question holds value and is considered valid and beneficial.
If you believe that some of the questions raised by the community are deemed 'No Sense,' please refrain from answering them. I'm sure some of us would appreciate it if you do not get involved.
