You should elevate your roles and create a security rule or ACL on incident table. The operation should be read on incident.impact and add role as itil user.
Thanks

And also how to apply urgency & priority fields the same logic. i mean by using security admin role i return a acl on Incident.impact which i want to apply for incident.urgency & incident.priority do i need write a separte acl or we can add in the same ACL ?

Yes please create separate read ACL for each required fields. You can also change the field and perform and Insert And Stay.

Hello Alikutty,
How are you ?
Yes it working but our requirement is something where we need to hide it only at Activity log but not at Field level. By using ACL it getting disable both in Activity log & Field level too.
Any possibilities ?

Hi,
I don't think we can hide it specifically within activity log. What is your use case for hiding the field? If you can show the field on the form, why can't you display it on the activity logs? I mean what value it adds to your organization
Thanks
