How to Hide MRVS Variable only on the Grid Level?

I would like to hide variable named "Don't Install Latest Version"  at the Grid Level Only. When I click Add, it should function as it is, but should be hidden only on the Grid Level below. Please refer the snapshot. Is there a way to achieve this?

Grid level you cannot hide.

there is no OOTB way to do that.

You can try to use onLoad client script and DOM but not sure if that works or not

Note: DOM manipulation is not recommended

Hiding it at the grid level isn’t possible with this approach.
