Hi Friends.
I want to hide reports(based on Table) when user try to search...Reports --> View/Run option.
I mean the reports should not visible to ITIL and some other users ( in other words the reports should visible only to Demand_admin role).
Reports belongs to particular table (say Demand table , They can view other table reports)
Could you please help me in hiding the reports in Snow.
Thanks & Regards
Aarav.

Hi Harish.
Seems you opened one report of Incident table and trying to add roles to it.
But i want to restrict view access to all reports which access Incident table.
After View/Run....If you search INCIDENT in search navigator....No reports should display with incident Table name.
regards
Aarav.

Do you want to hide the reports, or the underlying data itself?
Generally the reports can be left viewable by all; it's the underlying data that you need to secure from visibility.

Hi Smith.
I am able to Hide data and filters by adding/changing ACLs.
But not able to hide them from showing when we search.
Let me show u an example.
When i search with Demand(table) , i can see report names.
but when i open it
I can see Access denied (its good).
But my requirement is to hide the report names as shown in the first screen.
Regards
Aarav,
