how to include a new variable to existing formatters?

Hi all, 

I have a custom application.

New document created by record producer.

after submitted, when record open in platform, data will be displayed in formatters.

i added a new field/variable in the form, but the new field is located out side of the formatter.

how can i move this field into the formatter?

as this new filed will be filled in by approver not issuer, can i skip in this field in record producer?

Please advice if any idea. Thank you so much.

Hi @yandp ,

Formatters will only show variables which qre part of record producer or catalog item. You can create a extra variable in our record producer & hide it on portal level using UI policy.later when approver fills in the value update that hidden value using business rule .
