How to increase the time an Error Message appears

On our Case table, we have several mandatory fields. If you attempt to update/save the record without filling in these fields, you will receive an error message (see attached). However, the message/s appear very quickly. How can I extend the time it appears?

Does this apply to internal ServiceNow Case table (what the support agent sees)? This isn't related to the Service Portal (Customer facing Portal).
