Hi,
How to integrate Active Directory in Servicenow?
What are the requirement to do this?
What is the process to do?
Is activating a plugin Orchestration - Active Directory is just enough as mentioned geneva Doc?
Thanks in Advance,
Tindra.

Specifically, you want these. Keep in mind that Orchestration is a separately licensed product. If this is a personal developer instance, you can request that it be activated. If this is a customer instance, you will need to work with your account rep.
Optionally, there is another one for PowerShell that may be helpful.
Thanks.

Hi Tindra,
Can you elaborate on your requirements? If you are just reading accounts, a simple LDAP integration may be all you need.
If you are looking to provision users and groups, then Orchestration is required with the Active Directory Activity Pack to make your life easier.

What if we just want to use it to import our users / groups? Do we really need to buy a separate licensed product?
Or can we pull it all via LDAP?
