How to keep a track on what users searches on workspace global search?

Hi Community,

I got a requirement to create a custom table which stores what users searches via workspace global search & portal  search.

 

For portal search, I'm able to achieve it through 'Search Events' table but not getting any clue on how to track workspace search performed by users.

Could anyone please help on this? Any responses will be helpful.

I am not sure if it helps you or not but I would recommend you to try creating "Audit Rules" for  "Workspace Search" (sys_ws_search) table to track workspace searches,
