HI Community,
I have added a custom table in global/ai search...All configuration is done and it is working results are getting displayed. But it is not clickable, for example incident, sc tasks etc when we search it shows the result and i can able to click it but for my table it just shows the result and not able to open the record.
Note: I do have access to view/delete/write all access on that table.
