Hello,

Frequently i want to get the incident records., action should be [created/New records , updated records or deleted records]

Example :

https://my_instance.service-now.com/api/now/table/incident?sysparm_query=sys_updated_on>=<TIME>^ORDE...

Using the above URL i am getting the updated and created records, but not able to get the information if the records has deleted.

can you please help to find out the way to get deleted records also?

Thanks

Hi Rakesh,

Deleted records does not get stored in incident/task table but you can refer "Deleted Records" under System Definitions.

Hi Rakesh,

In left nav type deleted records. here you can search using table name and get to know which record was deleted.

Try to delete a incident and then search in the audit deleted records for this incident number you should find that.

you can also undelete that and it will be restored back to that table

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Thanks
