How to link a dashboard to a sub-menu in CSM Workspace?

Hi Community,

 

In the CSM Workspace, I have a main menu item named “Dashboard” and added a sub-menu called “Case Volume by Channel” using sys_ux_list_menu_config.list. I’ve already created the dashboard, and I want this sub-menu to open that dashboard when clicked.

Which field(s) in the configuration should I update (as shown in the screenshot) to link the sub-menu to the dashboard? or else please suggest me any alternate ways to show dashboard when sub menu is clicked.

you can add icon on left side and when clicked it will show your dashboard

it's already there in SOW, check that config as well

I don't think it will work that way.

Why so hesitant for not having left nav icon? It's easier to config and maintain

Your customer's agent simply need to visit the dashboard

We have already demonstrated the CSM workspace with the dashboard accessible via the left navigation icon. However, users expect the dashboard to be available within the submenus. Is it not feasible to implement this? Please advise.

I am not sure if that's feasible.

Using your way they will have to click 2 times

With the approach I shared with 1 click on left icon they will see dashboard
