How to link a dashboard to a sub-menu in CSM Workspace?

Hi Community,

 

In the CSM Workspace, I have a main menu item named “Dashboard” and added a sub-menu called “Case Volume by Channel” using sys_ux_list_menu_config.list. I’ve already created the dashboard, and I want this sub-menu to open that dashboard when clicked.

Which field(s) in the configuration should I update (as shown in the screenshot) to link the sub-menu to the dashboard? or else please suggest me any alternate ways to show dashboard when sub menu is clicked.

you can add icon on left side and when clicked it will show your dashboard

it's already there in SOW, check that config as well

I have added the dashboard to the CSM workspace as per the instructions in the link you shared. However, the icon is not appearing in my CSM workspace. Could you please advise if I missed any steps?

Did you logout and login correctly?

Did you give correct audience?

"Below are the steps I followed:

  1. Navigated to UI Builder → Experiences → CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace → New Pages and Variants → Create a New Page.

    • Selected the ‘Dashboards’ template, provided a name, clicked Looks Good, and then clicked Create.
  2. Went to sys_ux_page_property.LIST, filtered by Page = ‘CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace’ and Name = ‘chrome_toolbar’, then added the below code to the existing value and clicked Update.

After these steps, when I opened the CSM workspace, the dashboard icon was not visible. I also tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. Regarding audiences, none have been added yet—I’m currently checking this change as an admin. Please let me know if i missed anything.
