Hi Community,
In the CSM Workspace, I have a main menu item named “Dashboard” and added a sub-menu called “Case Volume by Channel” using sys_ux_list_menu_config.list. I’ve already created the dashboard, and I want this sub-menu to open that dashboard when clicked.
Which field(s) in the configuration should I update (as shown in the screenshot) to link the sub-menu to the dashboard? or else please suggest me any alternate ways to show dashboard when sub menu is clicked.

you can add icon on left side and when clicked it will show your dashboard
it's already there in SOW, check that config as well

Fyi, i followed the same steps for SOW like CSM workspace, i am seeing the icon, also my dashboard is visible, but for CSM it is not working.

Did you followed the same steps mentioned in the reference link which you shared, for adding icon to CSM workspace or anything different?

I followed the same steps, just picked the other icon present in SOW as it was not working with the icon shared in that link
