How to locate entry in ServiceNow Success Packs

I am currently following SNPI - Explore Now Create (Content) and I must create 'Create your own app - ServiceNow SPM.xml', after researching how to accomplish this I was led to ServiceNow Success Packs where I must locate this entry. Does anyone know how to find this or can help me create a copy of the XML document?

In the required Success Pack you can find Assets , filter by project plan or WBS, then you can Download/Export.
