How to make work notes mandatory once state changes from closed/resolved.

How can we make Work notes mandatory once reopened closed/resolved Problems. Thanks

Hi Sagar,

 

Thanks for your answer but my requirement is once changed State from Closed/resolved to open/WIP , then "Work notes" should be mandatory.
