How to mark a line or label between two data in Description of the SCTASK. (see screenshot)

Hi All,

As we have Old and New information of the user in the catalog form. (screenshot 1)

Once SCTASK will create, it shows all Combine details. 

We need a Gap, Lebel or a Separation line between old data and new data that user want to update in their AD. (Screenshot 2)  As i have mentioned a separation red line on screenshot.

we need this, so that resolving team will not confuse.

Is the SC task created from a flow or a workflow ? If via Flow you are updating the description, then you can do it as below. Notice the extra \n added to the string.

Yes we are using Workflow.

Can you try setting the description like the way I shared for flow ? Just make use of '\n \n' while building the description string and you should be good to go.

How you are setting the description field ...?? through workflow ...??
