How to open icon link in new tab/window ?

Hi All,

I have placed icon link in portal page, when the user clink on the icon link it should open in new tab/new window. please provide some guidance to achieve this requirement.

i gone through above mentioned link, its working but some unwanted dot placed on the icon link. please check below image.

Not exactly sure whats the reason for it check if there is any extra div that got added
