Hi all,
I got to know from network team that there are few servers(windows) which are decommisioned but still there VM's are active(operational)
Now, when i checked those server i'm not able to get what are the VM instances which are related to them.
As far as i got to know from community, on windows server there is this object id which is mapped to VM's UUID.
But for my servers object id is empty i can see.
Also i tried to check serial numbers of these servers with correlation id of VM, still i didn't found any.
But when i checked on cmdb_ci_vmware_instance table with names of server i found the VM's.
But again their correlation ID or UUID not matching with anything on these server
I'm confused whether they are the same or not, or i don't know how server are related to VM's
Please let me know, how should i check
