How to remove Manager Approval from Workflow for Catalog Item?

Hello @VIKAS45,

 

To remove manager approval from workflow for catalog item in ServiceNow, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items and select the catalog item you want to edit.
  2. Click on the Workflow tab and select the workflow that is associated with the catalog item. You can also click on the Open Workflow button to open the workflow in a new tab.
  3. In the workflow editor, locate the Manager Approval activity and delete it. You can do this by right-clicking on the activity and selecting Delete from the context menu.
  4. Save and publish the workflow. You can do this by clicking on the Save and Publish buttons in the workflow editor toolbar.
