- Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
- Navigate to Users > All users.
- Select the user who is blocked.
- Select Authentication methods.
- Click Require re-register multifactor authentication.

- Navigate to User Setup: Go to Multi-Factor Authentication > User Multi-Factor Setup.
- Locate User: Search for the specific user blocked by the authenticator app.
- Unvalidate: Set the "Validated" flag to false.
