How to restore the deleted dictionary entry with same column label?

Hi I have deleted the dictionary entry record from table unfortunately. I am able to see the record in language file but its showing in deleted application file.     I am not able to restore the deleted application file and also not able to create the new dictionary entry with same column label.     Its a major issue for me. Please respond asap.     Thanks in Advance,

Can you share any error messages you are getting and the exact steps you are taking to get them? I've lost track of where we are (it's still early here.)

Its available in field label:

But its not available in incident table filed entries. So I tried to add it in incident table. i'm getting the error.
