How to resume a flow designer on a specific date

Hi Everyone,

My ask is to pause a flow till a user specified duration.
We are going to suspend an HR case till a date specified by agent over a date field, it can be 1 day it can be 2 days or 3 days so on, can we pause a flow designer till that date and resume the case i.e. change the state of the HR case to Work in progress on that date?
If yes , how so?

Hi @kartikey 
If you are capturing the due date in the case record, then by using "Wait for Duration" flow logic you can pause the flow execution.

Hi @kartikey,

 

You can use Wait for Duration condition in Flow Designer and in the Condition, you can use the field and add the value using datapill.

if you know the date/time till when you need to wait then it's easy using "Wait for Duration" flow logic

what did you start with and where are you stuck?
