How to revert back the updated records in a table?

Kindly help me how to revert back the updated changes which i had made on the user table.The records have been updated by the same email id and user names for all the users.

So far i have taken the update set and has asked to wipe the instance

It is always a best practice to take the back of your update set. In this case you should not face any issues as you already have an backup of your update set.
