Hi Everyone,
I have created a topic that helps to connect to a live agent i.e. 'vaSystem.connectToAgent();' but how to send a closing message after the interaction with that live agent is completed. i mean the Live agent would manually close the interaction , post that i need to send a custom closure message within the same topic?
is there any way i can check the status of the interaction through gliding vaVars._interaction_record_sysid and if it is closed, i trigger a message?
