Hi All,
We have integrated Snow to Jira with the help of the integration hub (Jira spoke ), we have successfully mapped the fields and able to send the updates and receive updates from Jira.
As an OOB we have "copy attachment " spoke which should copy the attachment incident and send it to the Jira issue.
Which is not happening now.
Just want to check what data pill to be added to get the attachments.Below is the image for reference .

I have got an answer for this .
We need a lookup attachment table first and then we can user the catchment activity.

Hi Govardhan,
Are you able to select anything in the data pills for the Issue ID; probably value from some previously used action
Also are you able to select any attachment table record for the Attachment data pills from right side
Can you share the steps with screenshot?

Hi Ankur,
Thank you for your reply, Below are the screenshots for reference and I am not able to see any attachment table data pills , all I was seeing is an incident record and copy activity data pills are read-only cant select them.

Hi Govardhan,
if you select Trigger -> Incident Record in the Attachment Data Pills is it not picking the attachment from that record and sending?
