How to set a Predefined Filter as Default?

For a table I have created one filter. After selecting that filter ,that is working. But after refreshing the page, the filter is removing automatically. I want to set that filter as default as whenever that table page will be open, this filter should be predefined there. Refer to the screenshots and help asap.

The filter name is - Desc ID and I want to predefined it for this table page view.

In navigation "Task configurations" right to that name there will be a edit symbol(Edit Module) ,Click on it.

There will be a link type tab in that you can add filter condition what ever you need it.

The one possible way is to set the same filter in the Module ( which opens that table) what you can do is to edit the module which takes you to "Task configurations" and in the Link Type you can define the same filters you added for "Desc ID"

Hi Shubhashis,

If the filter should be only for you, then you can create a favorite with that filter. And if it for the instance itself, you have to edit the module and there you can add a default filter.  If you want it to be a filter that no one can even change, then you have to update it as an argument in the Argument field in the module record

I have a few modules that this isn't working for. I have a dynamic AG filter for "One of My Groups" that is working for most of the incident and request modules, but it isn't working for my sc_task or sc_request module (both under the Service Catalog Application Menu). Any ideas why these two wouldn't be updating?
