Hi Guys,
I am creating schedules in cmn_schedule to have multiple support hours. The quickest ones MOn-Fri / Weeends are available.
But how do I create entry for MON-SAT, there is nothing in list for Mon-Sat. I thought I would add two eentriees MON-FRI and Another only SAT (but only SAT is also not available).
It might be silly i might bee missing something but if you could please guide
Thanks

Hi @Nisha30 ,
You need to define the days / time in the schedules entries related list:
When creating a new schedule, you should go to the related list and create the entries as defined.
