I'm finding myself not being able to share a report on the new Ui on Australia release.
I know about the known problem with sharing not being visible for non admins and the property : com.snc.par.coreui.report_create.enabled. I did turn it on.This is maybe unrelated but I can't actually find where you reach the actual sharing window where you select a user.
I belive it should look something like this :
When I go onto a visualization and I press share all I get is the tab to the right with 4 options :
When I press the first option all I see is Share settings and no way of actually sharing. The rest are also irellevant.
I can't seem to reach any other view than this one.
So where do you actually share a report/visualization etc.? Is it still a bug that needs to be hotfixed or am I clueless?
It looks like you're trying to share a regular (old-style) report on the core UI, not a data visualisation using the next experience UI.
Can you confirm if the data visualisation you opened has a "UI Version" set to "Next Experience" or "Core"? If you are opening a "Core" report, it will open in the old-style report view, with the old sharing dialog box. Only data visualisations with "Next Experience" will open in the new data-visualisation designer view with the new sharing dialog box:
This is what I see when i click the first ooption of the 4 - share settings , and I dont see nay way of actually sharing here. When I initially press share I get the menu i posted earlier.
