Hi All,
I had a requirement to show a pop up box like add you comments when we give a star rating less than 2 in knowledge article . Once the comments in added in that pop up Box ,I want to store the information
Knowledge article related list (Feedback ) table like this
When we give 2 star rating then the pop up box will appear "Please add your comments" at the top of the page
And After comments is added it will stored in the knowledge article feedback related list.
how can we achieve this.
