How to show filter data in conflict related list in change request?

Hi All,
I want to apply the condition on conflict related list in change request form- that will show only record that conflict change state is not review, but i'm not sure how will i achieve this.
I searched the relationship - but not found , I' not sure how to apply the condition
please let know if anyone have ever configured or any background on this-
requirement is- Do not display the record who's state is review

Out-of-the-box, all changes will occur regardless of the state, which could cause conflicts. The reason for this is that it might be easier to track what went wrong later on. Therefore, filtering here is not recommended

I don’t think it’s possible. The reason is that the conflict is part of a separate module, which comes with many other utility calculations. Making changes to this is not that simple and could impact the upgrade as well

Simply right click -> Configure List Control -> There you can add default filter
How to set Default Filter on related list for all users
You need to do this when that related list is visible for you as an admin
