How to show My Request & My open Tickets widgets always if there are not tickets same as My Approvals on portal

Hello Team,

I'm trying to show My request, My Open incidents on SP page despite if there is any request. 

Can anyone help me how to do this.

Hi Chaitanya,

If you are using 'Simple List' widget then - Navigate to "Instance Options" and mark 'Show even when empty' as true(Refer screenshot). This should resolve your issue.
