how to solution notes optional

When closing an inquiry, it was not possible to close it unless a resolution memo was entered.
Is it necessary to close the solution memo?
Is there a way to make solution notes optional?

Hi @MM0618,

Check the UI policy and Client scripts which makes resolution memo as mandatory. Just remove/ change the mandatory to Leave alone or comments Mandatory line.
