How to synch incident/issues from servicenow-ADO and vice versa?

Hi All,

I installed "Azure for agile development" plugin for the servicenow-ADO integration

I followed the steps provided ( like build connection , build credentials, and created instance in ServiceNow)

Then registered webhooks, after that while testing when ever a story is created in ADO the same story is creating in ServiceNow , and if we are updating to the same story in servicenow , its updating in ADO.

when an story is creating in servicenow the same story not creating in ADO , how to fix this ?

and i need a different thing , can we synch incident data from servicenow - ADO and vice versa ?
