Can anyone please help me, how to toggle off sidebars for all users, i known how to toggle off the sidebars for individual users, but the requirement is to toggle off the sidebars for every user.

Please set User Preferences as shown below so that it affects all users
Now there is a catch however to the solution
If a user has not intentionally set the sidebar to true, then after setting it globally, it will be false for them.
But it will not override user preferences that are exclusively set by User.
For finding users who have intentionally set that preference , you can use below filter and check Users column i.e Beth Anglin in this case had set her preference
If you want to remove it for them then tell users to -> search for same preference -> Mark the value false which might be true for them

This is the user preference that controls it. Set the value to false and mark "system" as true.
"workspace.showAgentAssist". Set this to system and it will be collapsed by default.
Note : This will impact all the workspaces
Navigate to user preference table (sys_user_preference) and make the changes as below\
