I was stuck in finding out the source, from which the knowledge article is opened. I need to find source and segregate the views count to two variables from self service portal views and hyperlinks views of Knowledge article
Lets say,
The system should accurately track the number of views of Self-Help KB Articles from the 'Service Now' Self-Service Portal.
The system should accurately track the number of views of Self-Help KB Articles from hyperlinks from emails.
