We want to explore whether it’s possible to track the specific page or catalog item a user is viewing when they click a particular link or item within the Employee Center. The goal is to understand the user's journey — essentially, "Where did the user come from?" . For reference:
Can we identify which Knowledge Base Article (KBA) a user is reading when they click the “Get Support” link in the navigation? If a large number of users are navigating to support from a specific KBA, it could signal that the article is unclear or unhelpful and may need to be revised.
Can we determine if users are submitting incident requests after viewing an announcement about an outage? This might indicate that the announcement didn’t communicate the necessary information effectively.
