how to trigger a catalog item with out using the cart api in service now

Hi Team,

 

we are observing some issue with cart API

We wanted to trigger a catalog item using the transform maps,i am using the currently CART api but here i am facing issues with getting response object and required field validations.. please suggest is any other methods to call the item and creating ritm and request and task records in snow.

 

Note:it is not considering the target table.

Maybe create a subflow in flow designer to order an item. You can then easily generate a code snippet and use that code in your transform map or anywhere else in the platform.

  I am not much aware of flow designer if you have done similar Requirement do you have any screenshots.
