In Knowledge management under Category and Sub category, I need to upload the data for my customer. As I have 186 Category and 800 Sub Category, I was using Transform Map. But the data is not uploading. As the Category field is Reference field under Knowledge management, I am using the Knowledge base Sys ID to transform the data. but still not able to get Knowledge base data. Knowledge Category label and Value is coming through Transform map.
