I want to clear browser cache in a widget? How can i use cache.do?

cache.do clears the server side cache not the browser cache. Also it is not a good idea to use cache.do during normal business hours as it could cause issue. I have had an issue once were I cleared cache.do after moving an update set as things were not showing properly. Cache.do fixed my issue caused several workflows where the task was created without assignment group. This was the info I got from my HI ticket when I was trying to figure out why tasks were created without assignment groups.
