How to whitelist certain e-mail adresses before the email filters do their thing

Hi all,

I have a question that puzzles us for some time now.
We are using several inbound actions based on registered email addresses but as soon as one of the related email addresses have an header that contains the word "postmaster" or "mail-daemon" then it does not even get to the inbound filters but is ignored immediately no matter what inbound action we use.

All previous posted questions are solved by using the inbound actions but as mentioned that does not work for us.
So what we need is a kind of whitelist that is working before the "ignore sender" email filter works.

Can anybody advice?

I found something that is not directly what I requested here but it solves mij problem.

Did you check something is configured in your mail box that it's not even allowing it to enter the instance?
