HR Agents are not able to create a custom list for themselves in My Lists (HR Agent Workspace)

The users are not able to create a custom list under My Lists tab in HR agent workspace


Can anyone please tell me why this occurred?


Non admin users tried to create a list but couldn't while admins can still create it.


Note: HR agent already  has basic and sn_hr_core.case_writer

I am not seeing any documentation for My Custom List.

 

However, i observed if you give ITIL role to the user then he would have no issues creating custom list of HR cases, considering he already has hr roles . 

 

Give a try and let me know the outcome.

This is the last bit of useful information i found while going through doc.

The role that is required for creating My list is  "agent_workspace_user" 

 

I am hoping the user you are talking about already have this if not , try assigning him this role and recheck .

If it is still doesnt work , then better to raise HI case to servicenow  and inquire more.
