Hi There,
Even though all HR Access groups are chosen for visibility, the HR administrator is unable to choose which HR Tags to generate on the HR Agent Workspace.
I would be grateful for any guidance!

Hi @Dharma Liyanage ,
platform list view works a bit differently, where you can type something in, it does not exist, you click out of that field (or click somewhere else), and the tag is automatically created.
In Workspace, you have to click Enter from your keyboard to create a new one that does not already exist from the list view as the two operate differently.
