What is clean base rotation?

Does "clean base rotation" means  tahe date on which "data of each table in the rotation group" will be cleared?

Hi @GaominZ ,

According to the value of Clean base rotation setting, the base table is deleted and then a new round of writing the tables in a daily rotation commences. By default, this table deletion occurs after seven rotations.

 

Data can be removed from your instance by users removing records, either individually or in bulk via filtered list etc.
ServiceNow provides a 'Table Cleaner' job that runs out of the box, removes records from a number of tables by matching filter criteria to a set of pre-defined rules.
