Tags - HR Agent Workspace

I am not having luck creating a tag within HR Agent Workspace. I can choose from already created tags, but I can't newly create my own. I can do this in the classic platform, but not HR Agent Workspace. Anyone have any luck creating custom tags as agents in the HR Agent Workspace?

Hello @azeimet - 

I am having luck creating them from the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management list view.

I am double-clicking just as you would from the platform view, typing in something, and if that tag is not being displayed (does not exist), I am clicking the Enter key from my keyboard, and it is being created for me.

 

Here are some screenshots to try and help show what I am doing.

 

Here you can see Hello is not populating as an option.

After clicking my Enter key from the keyboard:

Now that is an option for me:

And now those same tags will show up in the platform view as well:

I believe the platform list view works a bit differently, where you can type something in, it does not exist, you click out of that field (or click somewhere else), and the tag is automatically created.


In Workspace, you have to click Enter from your keyboard to create a new one that does not already exist from the list view as the two operate differently.
