Hi Community ,

Recently, we discovered a defect where clicking on the heading of certain legacy tables redirects to the HRM ticket page, while clicking on the headings of newer tables does not result in any redirection. The attached screenshots illustrate this issue more clearly.

it will redirect to below page 

While for some tables this hyperlink is not working when click on header

What could be a reason ?

Hi All ,

We found a solution for this. If you navigate to the To-dos Configuration and open any specific configuration, you'll find a checkbox labeled 'Link to Parent.' Simply select this checkbox to achieve the desired scenario
